REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR ND I & HND I STUDENTS (2025/2026)

The Management of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana, has issued a final notice to all National Diploma (ND I) and Higher National Diploma (HND I) students who have yet to complete their formal registration for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Students who remain unregistered are at immediate risk of losing their place at the institution.

I. FINAL DEADLINE & CONSEQUENCES

According to the memorandum released on April 27, 2026, the following timeline and penalties are now in effect:

• Final Deadline: Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
• Mandatory Requirement: All affected students must finalize their registration and obtain their official Registration Numbers by this date.
• Penalty for Non-Compliance: Failure to meet this deadline will result in the automatic forfeiture of admission.

II. DIRECTIVE TO ACADEMIC DEPARTMENTS

To ensure the integrity of the student database, the Management has issued the following instructions:

• HOD Enforcement: All Heads of Department (HODs) have been directed to ensure strict compliance with this directive within their respective departments.
• Access to Facilities: Students without valid registration numbers may be barred from participating in departmental activities and academic lectures following the deadline.

III. REQUIRED ACTION STEPS FOR UNREGISTERED STUDENTS

To secure your admission status, please complete the following steps immediately:

1. Portal Login: Access the Polytechnic's official student portal.
   1. Fee Verification: Ensure all school fees and departmental levies have been paid and verified through the designated platform.
   2. Document Upload: Complete the upload of your O'Level results, JAMB admission letters, and other required credentials.
   3. Registration Number Generation: Finalize the course registration form to generate your unique registration number.
   4. Departmental Clearance: Visit your department with printed copies of your registration forms for final endorsement.

CONCLUSION: ACT IMMEDIATELY

This notice serves as the final warning. Management will not be held liable for the loss of admission status for any student who fails to regularize their standing by the close of business on May 6, 2026.
