TAI SOLARIN FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION RELEASES 2026/2027 POST-UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION SCREENING FORM
The management of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education, Ijagun, Ogun State, has officially announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Admission Screening Exercise for candidates seeking admission into the institution's various undergraduate programmes.
The screening exercise is mandatory for all candidates applying for admission through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) modes.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates who selected Tai Solarin Federal University of Education as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME and scored a minimum of 160 are eligible to apply.
Applicants must also be at least 16 years old by October 1, 2026.
Candidates who did not initially choose Tai Solarin Federal University of Education as their first-choice institution but scored 160 and above can still apply after completing a Change of Institution through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The admission screening exercise is also open to:
- Pre-Degree Studies (PDS) graduates of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education who successfully completed their programme and obtained the required UTME score.
- Direct Entry candidates, including JUPEB graduates, who selected the university as their first-choice institution.

General Admission Requirements
Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
Candidates are advised to upload their O'Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal before the conclusion of the admission screening exercise.

Application Procedure
- Visit the admission portal.
- Click on Apply Now.
- Select Undergraduate Admission.
- Choose Post-UTME/Direct Entry Application.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Create an account using a valid email address.
- Verify your email and log in.
- Pay the prescribed screening fee online.
- Complete your biodata and application details.
- Verify and upload your O'Level results.
- Review all submitted information.
- Submit your application.
- Print the Application Slip and Screening Slip for reference.
Screening Method
The admission screening will be conducted online and candidates will be assessed using a point-grading system based on:
- UTME Score
- O'Level grades in five relevant subjects
The university has integrated an automated O'Level Verification System and Programme Advisor to assist candidates in determining their eligibility for available programmes.
Registration Period
The online admission screening portal will be open from Tuesday, 23rd June, 2026 to Friday, 10th July, 2026
Candidates are advised to complete their registration before the deadline.

Candidates who provide false information or upload incorrect credentials risk automatic disqualification from the admission process.
