TARABA STATE UNIVERSITY (TASU) ANNOUNCES COMBINED CONVOCATION CEREMONY

The Management of Taraba State University, Jalingo is pleased to invite and officially notify all members of the 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 graduating sets of the forthcoming Convocation Ceremony of the University.

All graduands of the affected academic sessions are expected to attend the ceremony and participate fully in the activities scheduled to mark this important milestone in their academic journey.

Date: Saturday, 12th September, 2026
Time: 9:00 a.m. prompt
Venue: Sports Complex, Taraba State University, Jalingo

The Convocation Ceremony is a significant occasion in the life of the University and provides an opportunity for the institution to formally celebrate and confer degrees and other academic awards on deserving graduands.

Accordingly, all members of the 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 graduating sets are strongly encouraged to make adequate preparations and ensure their punctual attendance.

Graduands are further advised to comply with all official instructions concerning academic gowns, registration, accreditation, procession, seating arrangements, collection of certificates and other convocation requirements as may be communicated by the University.

All Deans, Heads of Departments, Examination Officers, Class Representatives and relevant University officials are kindly requested to ensure that this information reaches all members of the affected graduating sets.
