TUITION DISBURSEMENT FOR BATCH 1 LOAN BENEFICIARIES – KADUNA STATE COLLEGE OF NURSING & MIDWIFERY
The Management of the Kaduna State College of Nursing & Midwifery hereby notifies students who are beneficiaries of the Kaduna State Scholarship and Loans Board (under the sponsorship of His Excellency, Governor Uba Sani) that the first batch of tuition fee payments has been initiated.
This exercise is critical for finalizing your registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
I. ELIGIBILITY AND SCOPE
- Target Group: Students listed from Serial No. 1 to 114 on the approved loan beneficiary list.
- Payment Value: ₦70,000, covering the first batch of tuition fees.
- Duration: Thursday, 9th April 2026, to Saturday, 11th April 2026.
II. MANDATORY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
Affected students are required to report to the ICT Unit at their respective campuses (Kaduna, Kafanchan, or Pambegua) with the following items to facilitate portal activation:
- Administrative Charges:
* ₦2,000 for Portal Service fees.
* ₦1,000 for ICT Service charges.- Verification Documents:
* Original Admission Letter.
* Loan Application Slip.
* The Active Phone Number and Valid Email Address used during your initial application to the College.
III. CAMPUS REPORTING LOCATIONS
Students should visit the ICT center at their specific place of study:
- Kaduna Campus: Main ICT Resource Center.
- Kafanchan Campus: Unit ICT Office.
- Pambegua Campus: Unit ICT Office.
IV. URGENT DEADLINE ADVISORY
The deadline for this verification exercise is today, Saturday, 11th April 2026.
Failure to appear and finalize your clearance within this window will result in significant delays in your tuition clearance and may hinder your ability to complete course registrations and attend clinical postings.
