UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES, UMUAGWO ANNOUNCES 2026/2027 POST-UTME & DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION EXERCISE
The management of University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Umuagwo (UAES), Imo State, has officially commenced applications for admission into its National Universities Commission (NUC)-approved undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
The institution is inviting suitably qualified UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates to apply into its diverse programmes spanning Agriculture, Engineering, Science & Computing, Environmental Sciences, and Management & Social Sciences.
GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the admission screening exercise, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- Obtain a minimum score of 150 in the 2026 UTME
- Possess the required O’Level credits relevant to their intended course of study
- Candidates who did not initially choose UAES as first choice are eligible after carrying out a Change of Institution via JAMB
The university emphasized that both UTME and Direct Entry applicants who scored 150 and above can still secure admission opportunities by switching to UAES.
