UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS ANNOUNCES ADMISSION INTO SCHOOL OF FOUNDATION STUDIES FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Management of University of Lagos has officially announced the commencement of admission into its School of Foundation Studies (formerly known as Foundation/Diploma Programmes) for the 2026/2027 academic session.
According to the university, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the intensive one-year foundation programme designed to prepare students for Direct Entry admission into 200 Level degree programmes.
The programme is coordinated in partnership with the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB), and successful candidates may gain admission not only into UNILAG but also into several partner universities abroad. ([UNILAG Foundation][1])

The School of Foundation Studies offers a comprehensive academic pathway for candidates who intend to secure Direct Entry admission into various undergraduate programmes.
The programme provides:
- Intensive JUPEB-based academic preparation

- Multiple subject combination options across Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences, and Management disciplines
