UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS EXTENDS 2026/2027 DIRECT ENTRY APPLICATION DEADLINE
The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced an extension of the deadline for the submission of the Direct Entry Application Form for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
The extension is aimed at giving prospective Direct Entry candidates additional time to complete their applications on the university's admission portal.
NEW DIRECT ENTRY APPLICATION DEADLINE
According to the university, the deadline has been extended by one week to:
Tuesday, September 29, 2026
All prospective Direct Entry candidates who are yet to complete their applications are advised to make use of the additional time and submit their forms before the new deadline.
NO FURTHER EXTENSION
Candidates are strongly advised to complete all necessary application procedures within the extended period.
The university has stated that no further extension will be granted after the new deadline.
Applicants are therefore encouraged not to wait until the final day before completing their applications, as any technical or other unforeseen issues could affect timely submission.
NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES
The deadline extension applies to the submission of the Direct Entry Application Form on the University of Lagos portal for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
Candidates should ensure that all required information and documents are properly provided before submitting their applications.
