Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Nationality: Must be a citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with Japan.
Dual nationals with Japan must renounce Japanese citizenship before arrival.
Age: Born on or after April 2, 1991.
Academic Performance: GPA of 2.30/3.00 or higher (based on MEXT’s formula).
