YABATECH INTERNAL MEMO: SECOND SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS FOR RETURNING PART-TIME STUDENTS
The Management of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), through the Centre for Continuous Studies (CCS), has issued an official directive concerning the second-semester examinations for the 2025/2026 academic session. This memo outlines the schedule and mandatory requirements for all eligible students.
I. EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
The examinations, which include both Theory and Computer Based Tests (CBT), are scheduled for all Returning Part-Time Students:
- Affected Levels: ND2, ND3, and H1 – H3.
- Start Date: May 2nd, 2026.
- End Date: May 9th, 2026.
II. MANDATORY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
Students are strictly advised that full financial compliance is a prerequisite for participating in the exercise. To gain entry into the examination venues, students must present the following documents:
- Examination Dockets: Duly processed for the current semester.
- Official School Fee Receipt: This must serve as evidence of full payment for the 2025/2026 academic session.
III. IMPORTANT ENFORCEMENT NOTICE
The College management has emphasized a "No Fees, No Exam" policy for this session:
- Any returning student who cannot provide evidence of full fee payment will be denied access to the examination halls.
- Students are encouraged to resolve any outstanding bursary issues before the commencement date to avoid disruption.
