• Eligible Students: All fresh students across HND 1, ND 1, and NCE programmes.

• Collection for Faculties: Faculty Officers are mandated to liaise immediately with the Store Officer to secure the required number of academic gowns.
• Distribution to Students: The gowns will be made available to all eligible students within their respective faculties.
• Timeline: Students are urged to collect their gowns from their Faculty Offices well in advance of the Friday morning ceremony.
