2ND MATRICULATION CEREMONY – AFRICAN SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS (ASE), ABUJA
The African School of Economics (ASE), Gudu, Abuja, a premier Pan-African institution of excellence, is pleased to announce its 2nd Matriculation Ceremony. This event marks a significant academic milestone, formally welcoming the newest cohort of scholars into a community dedicated to research, innovation, and socio-economic transformation.
Under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mahfouz A. Adedimeji, fspsp, the ceremony serves as a gateway for students to commit themselves to the rigorous academic standards and ethical values of the institution.

II. DISTINGUISHED GUEST SPEAKER
To provide intellectual depth to the occasion, the university has invited a seasoned administrator and academic leader:
- Guest Speaker: Dr. Lawal O. Olohungbebe
- Profile: Honourable Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Kwara State, and Chairman of the Committee of State Commissioners of Education in Nigeria (CSCEN).
III. EVENT LOGISTICS AND SCHEDULE
All matriculating students, staff, and invited guests are expected to adhere strictly to the following schedule:

- Time: 10:00 a.m. Prompt
- Venue: Main Hall, African School of Economics (ASE), Plot 1095, S. A. Balogun Close, Off Joseph Gomwalk Street, Gudu, Abuja.

IV. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MATRICULATING STUDENTS
- Punctuality: All students must be seated in the Main Hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the procession.
- Academic Regalia: Students are required to be dressed in their full academic gowns and caps as provided by their respective departments.
- The Oath: The matriculation oath is a binding contract with the university. Every student must participate in the formal signing and swearing-in during the ceremony.
