ABUBAKAR TAFAWA BALEWA UNIVERSITY INVITES CANDIDATES FOR 2026/2027 PHYSICAL SCREENING

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi has announced the commencement of its physical screening exercise for prospective candidates who applied for admission into the institution for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The invitation is specifically for candidates who have successfully completed the University's online screening process.

PHYSICAL SCREENING INVITATION

Prospective candidates who completed their online screening are advised to check their Physical Screening Invitations through the University's screening portal.

The physical screening invitation exercise is scheduled to take place from Thursday, October 8, 2026, to Thursday, October 22, 2026.

Candidates are advised to check the screening portal to confirm their invitation and allocated screening details.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PHYSICAL SCREENING

Successfully invited candidates are expected to appear for the physical screening with the original copies and photocopies of the following documents:

1. Birth Certificate – Original and photocopy.
   1. Indigeneship Certificate – Original and photocopy.
   2. Academic Credentials – Original and photocopy.
   3. JAMB Result Slip – Original and photocopy.
   4. Two (2) recent full-faced passport-sized photographs.
   5. Two (2) file jackets.
   6. Acknowledgment/Screening Form, duly signed by the candidate, along with the invitation letter.

Candidates are advised to ensure that all required documents are properly arranged and available before proceeding for the physical screening.

All invited candidates are expected to report to:

Candidates should also adhere strictly to the date and time allocated to them for the screening exercise.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES

The University has warned that any candidate who fails to appear for the physical screening within the allocated time may be replaced immediately.

Candidates are therefore advised not to miss their scheduled screening exercise and should make adequate preparations to attend with all the required documents.
