FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OTUOKE ANNOUNCES ADMISSION INTO JUPEB PROGRAMME FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) has commenced the sale of application forms for admission into its Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The JUPEB programme is a one-year intensive foundation programme designed to prepare candidates for Direct Entry admission into the 200 level of degree programmes at the Federal University Otuoke and other JUPEB-affiliated universities in Nigeria and abroad.
Admission Requirements
Interested candidates must possess at least five O'Level credit passes, including English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB examinations obtained in not more than two sittings.
Successful candidates will be required to enroll and sit for the JUPEB examination with subject combinations relevant to their desired course of study.

Admission is available into various degree programmes across the university's faculties, including:

- Humanities
- Management Sciences
- Social Sciences
- Basic Medical Sciences
- Medical Laboratory Science
- Nursing Science
- Science
Some of the courses available include Accounting, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Computer Science and Informatics, Cybersecurity, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum and Gas Engineering, Economics, Political Science, Criminology and Security Studies, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and many others.
Method of Application
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 and complete their application online through the university's admission portal.

Required Documents
Applicants are expected to upload the following documents during registration:
- Recent passport photograph (JPG format)
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB result(s)
- Local Government Identification Letter (PDF)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF)
After completing the online application, candidates should print their acknowledgment slip and present it alongside copies of all uploaded documents at the School of Basic Studies Complex, West Campus, Federal University Otuoke, for screening and registration.
