IMO STATE COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, ORLU ANNOUNCES 2026/2027 POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE
The Management of Imo State College of Nursing Sciences, Orlu, has announced the commencement of registration for admission into its General Nursing Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
According to the institution, registration for the Post-UTME screening exercise will begin on Tuesday, 2nd June, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Candidates must have chosen Imo State College of Nursing Sciences, Orlu, as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME.
- Candidates must have selected General Nursing as their preferred programme.
- Applicants must have scored a minimum of 170 in the UTME.
- Candidates who did not initially choose the College as their first choice but meet the required cut-off mark are advised to visit any JAMB office or accredited centre to effect a change of institution before the application deadline.
- Candidates must ensure that their O'Level results have been uploaded to the JAMB portal.
- Applicants who fail to upload their results to JAMB will not be considered for admission.
- Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at not more than two sittings.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Prospective candidates should visit the College website at www.imcons.edu.ng and follow the application instructions provided on the homepage.
Applicants are expected to:
- Complete the online application form.
- Print out the application form and examination slip after successful registration.
- Visit the College Bursary Unit for payment processing.
- Submit copies of the application form, examination slip, and payment receipt to the Office of the Registrar for documentation.
The application fee is ₦29,500 (Twenty-Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Naira Only).

- Opening Date: 2nd June, 2026
- Closing Date: 1st July, 2026
Candidates are advised to complete their registration before the deadline, as late applications will not be entertained.
SCREENING EXAMINATION DETAILS
Aptitude Test Date: 2nd – 3rd July, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM Daily
Candidates are required to present their acknowledgment slip at the examination venue on the day of the screening exercise.
