The University of Abuja has issued a strong disclaimer regarding fraudulent admission information currently circulating across social media platforms, unofficial websites, and individuals claiming to represent the institution.

The University stated that it is aware of misleading publications and false claims concerning the sale of Post-UTME admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session. It emphasized that such information is completely unauthorised and did not originate from the institution.

OFFICIAL POSITION OF THE UNIVERSITY

Management clarified that:

  • No official advertisement or announcement has been released for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
  • The University has not commenced the sale of Post-UTME forms for the stated academic session.
  • All prospective candidates are strongly advised to disregard any individual or platform claiming otherwise.

WARNING TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

The University of Abuja strongly cautions candidates and members of the public to be vigilant and avoid falling victim to admission scams and fraudulent agents.
