KADUNA STATE UNIVERSITY RELEASES 2026/2027 ADMISSION LIST

Kaduna State University has released its admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The development is to inform all candidates who participated in the 2026/2027 Admission Screening Exercise that they can now proceed to check whether their names are included among the candidates offered provisional admission.

The list of admitted candidates has been made available online through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Candidates who applied for admission into Kaduna State University are advised to check their admission status and complete the necessary steps if they have been offered admission.

HOW TO CHECK KADUNA STATE UNIVERSITY ADMISSION STATUS ON JAMB CAPS

Candidates can check their admission status by following the procedure below:

1. Visit the official JAMB e-Facility portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
   1. Log in using your registered email address and password.
   2. From your dashboard, click on “Check Admission Status.”
   3. Click on “Access my CAPS.”
   4. Select “Admission Status.”
   5. Check your admission status to see if Kaduna State University has offered you admission.

If you have been offered admission, your profile will display your photograph along with a message congratulating you on your admission offer.

Candidates who have not yet been offered admission may see the message:

“Sorry, No Admission has been Given Yet.”

Candidates who receive this message should continue checking their JAMB CAPS regularly, particularly if the admission process is still ongoing.

HOW TO ACCEPT OR REJECT KADUNA STATE UNIVERSITY ADMISSION

Candidates who have been offered admission can proceed to either accept or reject the admission offer.

To do this, candidates are required to send ACCEPT or REJECT as an SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the specific phone number linked to their JAMB profile.

Candidates have four weeks to accept their admission offer.

Candidates who no longer have access to the phone number registered with JAMB are advised to visit a JAMB-accredited centre to complete the acceptance or rejection process.

PRINT YOUR JAMB ADMISSION LETTER

Candidates who accept their admission offer are advised to print their JAMB admission letter.

The admission letter is an important document that may be required during the clearance and registration exercise at Kaduna State University.

Admitted candidates should therefore keep their admission letter and other relevant admission documents safely.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES USING MOBILE PHONES

Candidates who are checking their JAMB CAPS admission status with a mobile phone may not immediately see the “Admission Status” option.

In some cases, mobile users may only see the CAPS welcome page because the complete JAMB CAPS interface may not be displayed properly on a phone.

Candidates experiencing this issue are advised to use Google Chrome and switch the browser to Desktop Site mode.

HOW TO USE DESKTOP MODE ON A PHONE

To access the complete JAMB CAPS page:

1. Open Google Chrome on your phone.
   1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal.
   2. Log in with your JAMB details.
   3. Click on the three-dot menu in Chrome.
   4. Select “Desktop site.”
   5. Reload the page.
   6. Access JAMB CAPS and click on “Admission Status.”

This should allow the complete CAPS interface to display properly.

WHAT TO DO AFTER RECEIVING ADMISSION

Candidates who have successfully been offered admission into Kaduna State University should ensure that they complete the necessary steps promptly.

These include:

• Accepting the admission offer on JAMB CAPS.
