The Management of Federal University Lokoja (FUL) is pleased to announce that the National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted full accreditation status to several of its academic programmes. This follows the comprehensive accreditation exercise conducted in October/November 2025.
In an official communication dated April 7, 2026, the NUC confirmed that these programmes have met the statutory requirements for quality assurance and minimum academic standards.
I. FULLY ACCREDITED PROGRAMMES
The following departments have successfully secured full accreditation:
- Communication & Social Sciences: Mass Communication, Sociology.
- Sciences: Computer Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology.
- Education: Education Mathematics, Integrated Science.
