The portal will be fully active for these corrections during the following period:

• Commencement: Monday, 27th April 2026
• Closing Date: Wednesday, 29th April 2026
• Action Required: Login to the student dashboard at the university portal.

II. ADD/DROP AND COURSE ADJUSTMENTS

In addition to finalizing basic registration, students facing issues with their course selections are advised to use this window for:

• Course Addition: Including outstanding or carry-over courses not yet reflected.
• Course Dropping: Removing courses that were mistakenly selected or are not part of the current semester's curriculum.

1. Dashboard Access: Visit the YSU student portal and enter your matriculation number/username and password.
   1. Status Check: Review your registration summary to identify specific "Incomplete" sections (e.g., bio-data, fee payment verification, or course registration).
   2. Correction: Finalize any pending uploads or course selections.
   3. Final Submission: Click the "Final Submit" or "Register" button.
   4. Print Evidence: Generate and print your updated Course Registration Form and Examination Clearance as proof of completion.
