DENNIS OSADEBAY UNIVERSITY EXTENDS POST-UTME APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Management of Dennis Osadebay University (DOU), Asaba, has announced an extension of the deadline for the sale and submission of Post-UTME application forms for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
According to the University, the application deadline has been extended from Tuesday, 30th June, 2026 to Tuesday, 21st July, 2026, with the portal closing at 12:00 midnight.
REASON FOR THE EXTENSION
The extension is intended to provide more qualified candidates with the opportunity to complete their applications, particularly those who recently changed their first-choice institution to Dennis Osadebay University through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The University encouraged all eligible candidates who are yet to register to take advantage of the additional time.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS
Prospective candidates are advised to:
- Complete their Post-UTME registration before the new deadline.
- Upload all required documents to the application portal.
- Ensure that the information provided during registration matches their records on the JAMB portal.
- Verify that all personal and academic details are correct before submitting their applications.
FINAL NOTICE
The University urged interested candidates not to wait until the last minute before completing their applications.
Management also noted that no further extension may be granted after the new deadline of Tuesday, 21st July, 2026.
