Total Duration: 16 Weeks (Post-Registration)
- Late Registration: 1st June – 7th June, 2026
- Commencement of Lectures: 1st June, 2026
- Submission of Draft Question Papers: 29th June, 2026
- Moderation of Draft Question Papers: 6th July – 10th July, 2026
- Semester Examinations: 31st August – 19th September, 2026
- Semester Break: 21st September – 26th September, 2026
- Submission of Marked Scripts: 2nd October, 2026
- *Academic Board Meeting (Results Approval):* 9th November – 13th November, 2026
- Resit / Make-up Examinations: 23rd November – 28th November, 2026
*II. SECOND (2ND) SEMESTER SCHEDULE*
Total Duration: 15 Weeks
- Commencement of Lectures: 28th September, 2026
- Submission of Draft Question Papers: 30th October, 2026
- Moderation of Draft Question Papers: 2nd November – 6th November, 2026
- Semester Examinations: 21st December, 2026 – 9th January, 2027
- Submission of Marked Scripts: 25th January, 2027
- *Academic Board Meeting (Results Approval):* 1st March – 5th March, 2027
- Resit / Make-up Examinations: 22nd March – 27th March, 2027
III. SIWES AND LONG VACATION
- *Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES):* A 4-month program starting from 11th January, 2027.
- *Long Vacation Semester (LVS):* A 6-week period from 27th March to 8th May, 2027 (This remains subject to the approval of the Academic Board).

V. ADDITIONAL STUDENT INFORMATION
- Registration: Late registration carries penalties; students are encouraged to complete all processes within the first week of June.
- Attendance: Students must meet the minimum attendance requirements for lectures to be eligible for the semester examinations.
- Planning: Ensure all projects and assignments are submitted before the commencement of examinations in both semesters.
