IBBUL Announces Matriculation Ceremony for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The management of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University has announced that the Matriculation Ceremony for the 2025/2026 academic session will take place on Tuesday, 31st March, 2026.

The announcement is directed to all students of the university, particularly newly admitted students (freshers) who will be formally inducted into the institution during the ceremony.

Registration and Fee Payment Requirement

The university management has urged all students who have not completed their central registration to do so immediately. In addition, returning students who have not yet paid their school fees for the session are also required to complete their payment without delay.

Students are expected to finalize these requirements between now and 31st March, 2026. The management warned that failure to comply with these directives may result in the forfeiture of studentship in the university.

This directive is part of the university’s effort to ensure that all students properly regularize their academic status before the matriculation ceremony and other academic activities.

Parents and guardians have also been advised to take note of the directive and ensure that their wards comply with the university’s requirements. According to the management, students have already been given sufficient time to complete their payments and registration in order to avoid unnecessary embarrassment.

Fresh students who have already paid their registration fees are advised to contact their respective course representatives or visit the Academic Office of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University for further guidance and information regarding the matriculation ceremony.
