The Management of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE), Rumuolumeni, Port Harcourt, is proud to announce a historic academic milestone. The National Universities Commission (NUC) has officially granted Full Accreditation status to twenty (20) of the university's academic programmes.
This confirmation was contained in a formal letter addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Okechuku Onuchuku, dated Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The letter was signed by the NUC Director of Accreditation, Engineer Abraham Chundusu, on behalf of the Executive Secretary, Professor Abdullahi Yusuf Ribadu.
