NOTICE TO PIONEER STUDENTS
As the inaugural class, your participation in this ceremony is a mandatory requirement for your formal registration as students of Minaret University. Please take note of the following:
- Punctuality: Matriculants must be seated at the Multi-Purpose Hall by 10:30 AM to allow for a smooth commencement of the academic procession.
- The Matriculation Oath: This ceremony will include the formal administration of the Matriculation Oath, signifying your commitment to the rules, regulations, and core values of the university.
- Academic Attire: Ensure you have collected your official matriculation gowns from the designated administrative points prior to the day of the ceremony.
A MESSAGE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
