The Federal Government has approved the appointment of Professor Segun Aina as the new Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The appointment was made by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following the expiration of the tenure of the current Registrar, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, which officially ends on July 31, 2026.
The announcement was disclosed in an official statement issued by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

Professor Segun Aina is a renowned Computer Engineering scholar and technology expert from Obafemi Awolowo University.
