B. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must have chosen Kogi State Polytechnic as their institution of choice in the 2026 UTME and scored a minimum of 100.
Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) O'Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Candidates must take note of the required subject combinations for each programme as displayed on the Polytechnic's admission portal, and ensure they meet the specific requirements for their chosen course.
Candidates who are awaiting O'Level results and meet the minimum UTME score of 100 may apply but must indicate their status appropriately during registration.
All candidates must provide a functional phone number, valid email address, and National Identification Number (NIN).
The modalities for the screening process will be communicated via SMS and email using the contact details provided during registration.
C. MODE OF APPLICATION
Eligible candidates should visit the Polytechnic's official website: www.kogistatepolytechnic.edu.ng or the application portal: APPLICATION PORTAL and click on "Apply Now".
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only.
After successful payment, candidates should complete the online application form and upload the required documents.
NOTE:
Preference shall be given to candidates who selected Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja as their first-choice institution and have successfully uploaded the required five (5) O'Level credits on the JAMB portal.
All applicants are strongly advised to use their correct details during registration.
Any falsification of information will lead to automatic disqualification.
The Polytechnic will not engage the services of any agent.
