LEAD CITY UNIVERSITY ISSUES NOTICE TO FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ON COMPULSORY PASSPORT EXERCISE
This is to inform all final year students of Lead City University that the compulsory official passport photograph exercise for the production of Notification of Results and Certificates has commenced as scheduled by the Office of the Registrar.
Venue: Senate Building (Reception Hall, Ground Floor)
Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Exercise Period: Monday, 11th May – Friday, 3rd July, 2026
Important Instructions:
Students are to attend only on their faculty’s scheduled dates.
Ensure the correct spelling and arrangement of names, as corrections will not be entertained afterward.
Physical passport photographs will NOT be accepted.
Faculty Managers are advised to notify and follow up with all concerned students, including out-of-cycle students.
Kindly note that presenting on dates outside your faculty schedule will attract a N10,000 sanction.
Students are advised to comply strictly with the guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful exercise.
