NKST College of Health Technology, Mkar Issues Final Notice on Payment of Outstanding Tuition Fee
The management of NKST College of Health Technology, Mkar, through the Office of the Provost, has issued a final warning to all students regarding outstanding tuition fee balances for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The management noted with concern that despite previous reminders communicated through the Bursary and various departments, several student accounts remain in arrears. The institution has described this development as wholly unacceptable and a serious breach of financial obligations.
In response to the situation, the College has granted a strict grace period of one week, effective from the date of the memo, for all affected students to settle their accounts.
Deadline for Payment: Full payment of all outstanding fees must be completed immediately.
Submission of Proof: Students are required to present their proof of payment to the Bursary no later than Thursday, June 4, 2026.
Management has stated explicitly that failure to comply within this stipulated window will result in immediate penalties. Defaulting students will face:
Immediate suspension of their academic training.
Being barred from accessing the Second Semester academic calendar, which includes all lectures, examinations, and college facilities.
The memorandum emphasizes that no exceptions, deferments, or appeals will be entertained after the June 4 deadline.
The institution has provided a single channel of appeal for students facing severe financial difficulties:
Eligibility: Only students who have already paid more than 80% of their tuition fees may apply.
Requirement: Eligible students must submit a formal, written application to the Provost's office before the deadline.
Note: Verbal pleas will not be considered under any circumstances.
Students are urged to take immediate action to clear their balances and secure their academic standing for the semester.
Thank you!
