OSPOHAS Postpones 1st Semester Examination for 2025/2026 Session
The management of Osun State Polytechnic Iree has announced the postponement of the First Semester Examination for the 2025/2026 academic session due to technical issues affecting the school portal.
According to the notice released by the institution, the examinations that were earlier scheduled to begin as planned had to be postponed after the school experienced technical hitches in accessing the online portal. The challenges reportedly prevented many students from successfully logging in and printing their examination passes, which are required for participation in the examinations.
The management explained that the decision to postpone the examinations was necessary in order to give students adequate time to resolve the portal-related issues and complete all required preparations before the examination begins.
New Examination Date
Following the postponement, the First Semester Examination has now been rescheduled to commence on Monday, 23rd March, 2026. The management noted that this adjustment will allow the technical team enough time to fix the portal issues and ensure that all students are able to print their examination passes without difficulty.
Students are therefore advised to continue monitoring the school portal and ensure that they complete all necessary procedures before the new examination date.
School Fees and Examination Pass Requirement
In addition to the portal issue, the institution also reminded students that payment of school fees remains a mandatory requirement for participation in the examination.
Students were specifically advised not to wait for the NELFUND disbursement before paying their school fees. Instead, they are encouraged to make necessary arrangements to source funds through other available means in order to complete their payments.
Only students who have successfully paid their school fees and printed their examination passes will be allowed to participate in the examinations.
Advice to Students
The management of Osun State Polytechnic Iree urged all students to take advantage of the postponement period to resolve any outstanding issues related to their school fees and portal access.
Students are also expected to ensure that they print their examination passes and fulfill all other academic requirements before the new examination date.
The institution expressed hope that the technical challenges will be resolved promptly and assured students that necessary measures are being taken to prevent further disruptions.
All students are therefore advised to comply with these directives and complete the required processes ahead of the rescheduled examination date.
Please be guided accordingly.
