The management of Southern Delta University, Ozoro, has issued an internal memorandum to all staff and students outlining critical directives for the upcoming Second Semester Examination for the 2025/2026 session, scheduled to begin on Monday, 20th July, 2026.
The notice details strict security, identification, and compliance measures including gate closures, ID card enforcement, and fee verification to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.
Accordingly, the Vice-Chancellor has directed as indicated below:
- The campus 2 gate would be permanently locked throughout the examination period.
Students are expected to display their identity cards before entry into the University campus and wear same while in examination halls. - Students should not be seen with phones and bags in the examination venue.
- Students should present their School fees receipt to the School Fees Committee for verification before they are allowed to sit for the examination.
- Students that are not writing examination should stay away from the examination venues.
- Students are not allowed to be used as support staff during any of the examination, especially the CBT examination.
- All invigilators should wear their ID cards for proper identification.
The purpose of this memo is to convey the foregoing directives of the Vice-Chancellor to all staff and students for proper guidance and compliance for the conduct of the examination, please. Thank you!
