I. RESUMPTION AND LECTURE SCHEDULE
To ensure a structured and timely start to the semester, students are directed to adhere to the following key dates:
- Resumption Date: Saturday, 11th April, 2026
- Lectures Commence: Monday, 13th April, 2026
All academic activities will begin in full force on the stipulated dates. Students are expected to have completed their return to campus by Sunday evening to facilitate participation in Monday morning lectures.
II. REGISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTIVES
- Course Registration: The portal for Second Semester course enrollment will be active immediately. Students must ensure they register for the correct units as advised by their Level Coordinators.
- Fee Regularization: Students who have outstanding balances from the previous semester are strongly advised to clear their financial records to avoid disruptions in their academic activities or portal access.
- Hostel Clearance: Returning students must present their valid ID cards and evidence of residency at their respective halls of residence for room re-activation.
III. ACADEMIC EXPECTATIONS
The Second Semester is historically intensive, featuring major project defenses, practicals, and final evaluations. The University Management urges students to:
- Attend all lectures punctually as the 75% attendance policy remains strictly enforced.
- Utilize the university’s e-library and physical research centers to support their learning.
