
Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, has officially released the academic calendar for the 2025/2026 session. The calendar outlines key dates and activities for both fresh and returning undergraduate students across all faculties.
According to the schedule, academic activities will begin on Monday, 29th September 2025, with the commencement of registration. The registration period will last for two weeks, followed by a one-week window for late registration. Lectures for the Harmattan semester are set to commence on Monday, 20th October 2025.
The academic calendar also includes:
- 15 weeks of instruction for each semester
- 3 weeks of examinations per semester
- 2 weeks for marking and computation of results
- 1 week of lecture-free period for continuous assessment uploads
- 2 weeks of end-of-session break
