​Applications are officially invited from suitably qualified candidates for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into various National Diploma (ND) and B.Sc. Social Work programmes (the latter run in affiliation with the University of Port Harcourt).

Available Courses, UTME Cut-off Marks & Requirements

Except where stated otherwise, the general UTME Cut-off mark for all National Diploma (ND) programmes is 100, and O'level credits must be obtained at not more than two sittings.

  1. School of Medical Imaging Technology
    ​Programme: ND Medical Imaging Technology (MIT)
    Requirements: 5 O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
  2. School of Health Information Management
    Programme: ND Health Information Management (HIM)
    Requirements: 5 O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
  3. School of Environmental Health Technology
    Programme: ND Environmental Health Technology (EHT)
    Requirements: 5 O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics.
  4. School of Engineering & Biomedical Technology
    ND Biomedical Engineering Technology (BET): 5 O’level credits in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and at least a pass in English Language.
    ND Orthopaedic Cast Technology: 5 O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, and two from Food & Nutrition, Ag. Science, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, or Technical Drawing.
  5. School of Dental Health Science
    Programmes: ND Dental Surgery Technology / ND Dental Therapy
    Requirements: 5 O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  6. School of Public Health Technology
    Programme: ND Public Health Technology
    Requirements: 5 O’level credits (WAEC/NECO/GCE) in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics.
  7. School of Community Health
    ND Community Health / ND Paramedic Technology: 5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, and Physics.
    ND Dispensing Opticianry: 5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and any two from Chemistry, Biology, Ag. Science, or Technical Drawing.
  8. School of Business and Management Science
    Programme: ND Business Administration
    Requirements: 5 credits (WASC/GCE/SSCE) including English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and two commercial/arts/science subjects.
  9. School of Medical Laboratory Science
    Programme: ND Medical Laboratory Technology
    Requirements: 5 credits (WAEC/NECO) in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
  10. School of Social Work
    ND Social Development (SD) [Cut-off: 100]: 5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, and three Social Science/Arts/Science subjects.
    B.Sc. Social Work (UniPort Affiliation) [Cut-off: 150]: 5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, and three Social Science/Arts/Science subjects.

Eligibility Criteria

UTME Score: Minimum of 100 for ND programmes, and 150 for the B.Sc. Social Work programme.

Change of Institution: Candidates who did not initially choose RSCHST can apply, provided they complete a Change of Course/Institution on the JAMB portal to make the College their first choice.

O'Level Upload: All applicants must upload their O'level results onto the JAMB CAPS portal to be eligible for admission.

Age Limit: Candidates must be 16 years of age or older by September 30, 2026.

Method of Application

  • Online registration commences on May 29, 2026, and closes on Friday, July 3, 2026.
  • Visit the OFFICIAL APPLICATION PORTAL
  • Click on 'Register Now' under the 2026-2027 Post UTME link.
  • Fill in your personal details, email, and phone number, then select your desired course.
  • Generate your unique username and password, then log into your dashboard.
  • Pay a #2,000 Registration Fee and a #3,000 Portal Access Fee online.
  • Complete and submit the 'Registration Form'.

​Note: Applicants who experience difficulties can visit the College ICT Department on campus for direct assistance with their registration.
