AUCHI POLYTECHNIC RELEASES HND AND PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA ADMISSION FORMS FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Management of Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, has officially announced the commencement of sales of admission forms into its Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes and Professional Diploma programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Suitably qualified candidates are hereby invited to apply for admission into the institution’s various schools and departments across science, engineering, business, environmental studies, information technology, agriculture, and management disciplines.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates applying for the Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes must possess:
- National Diploma (ND) from a recognized institution
- Minimum of one year Industrial Training (IT) experience after ND
- Five (5) O’Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics
- JAMB admission letter for ND programme
- NBTE certified Industrial Training completion certificate
Candidates with Pass grade at ND level are required to possess at least two years Industrial Training experience.
Applicants for Professional Diploma programmes must possess relevant HND qualifications from accredited institutions alongside NYSC completion or exemption evidence.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Interested applicants are to complete the application process online through the Polytechnic portal:
Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira (₦32,500.00) only via the Remita payment platform integrated into the school portal.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Candidates are advised to:
- Visit the official Auchi Polytechnic portal
- Select the preferred programme category
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
- Proceed with payment through approved channels
- Return to the portal to complete the online application form
- Upload passport photograph and required credentials
- Print acknowledgment slip and application summary
Applicants are strongly advised to provide accurate information during registration, as submission of false information or incomplete credentials may lead to disqualification.

- Academic transcripts from previous institutions must be submitted before processing HND admission
