UNIVERSITY OF BIRMINGHAM RELEASES FULLY FUNDED RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS, 2027
The University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, has officially released applications for its 2027 Fully Funded Research Scholarship, offering outstanding graduates the opportunity to pursue a fully funded PhD in Implementation Research.
The scholarship is open to both home and international students and is designed to support talented researchers interested in health sciences, social sciences, and related disciplines. Successful applicants will receive full tuition support and financial assistance throughout the duration of their studies.
SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
Home Students
- Full tuition fees (£5,181 per year)
- Annual maintenance grant of £21,805 for up to three years
International Students
- Full international tuition fees (currently £22,880 per year)
- Annual maintenance grant of £4,163
Please note that international students will be responsible for additional living expenses and visa-related costs not covered by the scholarship.
ELIGIBILITY
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be from any country.
- Hold a First-Class or strong Second-Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Possess (or be completing) a Master's degree in a related field.
- Have relevant professional or research experience (an added advantage).
Applicants with research experience in qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods, as well as interests in health inequalities, health services research, implementation science, and patient and public involvement (PPI), are strongly encouraged to apply.
