The Zamfara State Government has announced a five-day extension for the recruitment of teachers specializing in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). This decision, approved by the Committee for the Recruitment of 2,000 Teachers, comes in response to reports of network connectivity issues that hindered many qualified candidates from completing their submissions during the initial window.
The recruitment portal will now be accessible exclusively for TVET applicants from Monday, 16th February to Friday, 20th February 2026. All applications must be submitted by the final deadline of 11:59 p.m. on Friday.

This specific recruitment phase is part of Governor Dauda Lawal's broader commitment to revitalizing the state's education sector, with a focus on bridging the gap in technical skills. The committee is seeking professionals in the following specialized fields:
