FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, BABURA RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) has officially commenced the sale of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session. The University invites suitably qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into its undergraduate programmes to register for the online screening exercise.
The online application portal opens on Monday, 29th June 2026 and closes on Wednesday, 30th September 2026.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Federal University of Technology, Babura Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening exercise, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Candidates must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Direct Entry (DE) candidates must possess a minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND) or Innovative Diploma, while IJMB candidates must have a minimum of 4 points in two relevant subjects.
- Applicants must possess at least five (5) O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must satisfy the specific requirements for their chosen course of study.

Click Apply Now to begin your application.
You can either:
- Sign up with Google, or
- Create an account manually using your email address.
Applicants creating accounts manually will receive an activation code via email to complete registration.
Step 4
Log in to your application account.
Proceed to make payment through the online payment platform.
Once payment is successful, click Proceed to Application Form.
Step 5
Complete all required sections of the application form carefully.

Preview all the information provided.
Once satisfied that all details are correct, click Preview and Submit to complete your application.
After successful submission, print your application slip for future reference.
How to Check Payment Status
Applicants can verify their payment by:
- Logging into their dashboard.
- Clicking Transaction History beside the All Applications tab.
- Checking the payment status.
If your account has been debited but the payment status remains pending:
- Click the three-dot action button beside the transaction.
- Select Check Status.
- Click Try Again to update the payment status.
