I. FIRST SEMESTER SCHEDULE
The first semester is characterized by a mid-session break and specific windows for registration and professional training.
Registration & Lectures
- Nov 17, 2025: Online Registration begins for New Students.
- Nov 24, 2025: Registration begins for Returning Students.
- Dec 1, 2025: Commencement of 1st Semester Lectures.
- Dec 12, 2025: Final Deadline for all registrations (Late registration starts Dec 8).
- Jan 15, 2026: Matriculation Ceremony for New Students.
- March 14, 2026: End of 1st Semester Lectures and start of Revision.
Examinations & Breaks
- Dec 22, 2025 – Jan 2, 2026: Christmas Break (Lectures resume Jan 5).
- March 16, 2026: Commencement of 1st Semester Examinations.
- April 25, 2026: End of 1st Semester Examinations for all students.
- Holiday Interruptions: Exams will pause for Eid-El-Fitr (March 20–23) and Easter (April 3–6).
II. SECOND SEMESTER & SPECIAL ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
The transition between semesters is immediate for most students, with professional placements running concurrently.
- May 18, 2026: Commencement of 2nd Semester Lectures.
- Aug 8, 2026: End of 2nd Semester Lectures / Revision.
- Aug 10 – Aug 29, 2026: 2nd Semester Examination Period.
- Oct 5 – Oct 10, 2026: Proposed Convocation Week.
- Nov 2, 2026: Commencement of the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
