KOGI STATE POLYTECHNIC ISSUES IMPORTANT NOTICE TO 2026/2027 HND APPLICANTS

The Management of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, has issued an important notice to all prospective candidates seeking admission into its Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the Polytechnic, the online document upload feature on the admission portal has been temporarily disabled due to technical issues currently affecting the document upload process.

The institution explained that the measure became necessary to address errors being encountered by applicants during registration and to ensure a smooth admission process.

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

All prospective HND applicants are advised to proceed with their online registration by carefully completing the application form and making the required payment.

Candidates are also expected to:

• Upload a recent passport photograph.
• Properly verify their O'Level results.
• Ensure all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

The Polytechnic warned that applicants should take extra care while filling out their forms, as incorrect information may affect the admission process.

SUBMISSION OF HARDCOPIES IS COMPULSORY

After successful completion of the online registration process, candidates are required to:

• Print out the completed application form.
• Submit the hardcopy of the application form to the Admission Office.
• Attach all relevant supporting documents required for admission processing.

Management emphasized that the submission of hardcopy documents is mandatory and forms an essential part of the admission exercise.

Only applicants who successfully complete the online registration and submit the required hardcopy documents will be considered for admission into the Polytechnic's HND programmes.
