FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, AZARE (FUHSA) RELEASES POST-UTME ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all prospective candidates seeking admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA), that the registration for the online screening exercise for 2025/2026 Academic Session admissions will commence on 7th August 2025 and end on 21st August, 2025.

Cut-off Marks

In line with the policies of the Joint Admission and matriculation Board (JAMB), the Senate has approved the Cut-off Points for Admission into the University for 2025/2026 as below:
1. MBBS and BDS Dentistry .............. 220 and above
2. Nursing sciences, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiography, BMLS and Audiology .............. 200 and above
3. Nutrition and Dietetics, Information Technology and Health Informatics, Environmental Health Sciences, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Speech Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Information Management, Public Health and Pharmacology ............ 160 and above
4. Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Microbiology ............... 150 and above

Eligibility

To be eligible for admission, a candidate must have the following:

1. Candidates must have sat for the 2025 JAMB UTME, scored a minimum cut-off point set by the University in respect of the course applied for (as may be advertised) and chosen FUHSA as first choice.

2. Obtained a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at O’Level (including English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry) in not more than two sittings.

3. Sat for the relevant subject combination in the 2025 UTME.

Procedure

Eligible candidates should visit the University’s website for the registration and screening procedures.

Mode of Payment

Eligible candidates are to create accounts and pay the sum of two thousand naira only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise through the online screening portal at https://safapplication.fuhsa.edu.ng

Physical Screening

Physical screening will commence from Tuesday 26th to Friday 29th August, 2025. Candidates’ date of physical screening is as indicated on the acknowledgement receipt received after successful online registration.

Note: Candidates are advised to disregard any forms of communication except through the official channels, to avoid being scammed.
