Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Undergraduate (100 Level) and Direct Entry (200 Level) Weekend Degree Programmes of the Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro (DSUST) for the 2025/2026 academic session. Successful applicants will be awarded a Bachelor’s Degree of the University upon completion of their studies.

The programmes are designed to be flexible for working-class individuals and others who may prefer weekend study options, without compromising academic standards.

General Admission Requirements
For Undergraduate (100 Level) Entry

Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in the SSCE (WAEC/NECO) or equivalent, obtained at not more than two sittings, in line with UTME requirements.

For Direct Entry (200 Level) Entry

Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects in SSCE or its equivalent, obtained at not more than two sittings.

In addition, applicants must possess any of the following qualifications:

National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit.

Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with a minimum of Lower Credit.

Or any other recognized equivalent qualification.

Method of Application
For Undergraduate (100 Level) Admission

Applicants are to obtain a Bank Draft of ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) from any deposit money bank (excluding Microfinance Banks).

The draft should be made in favour of Southern Delta University, Ozoro.

The Bank Draft should be presented to the Bursary Department of the University to obtain an official receipt and collect the application form at the Admissions Office.

For Direct Entry (200 Level) Admission

Applicants are to obtain a Bank Draft of ₦15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) from any deposit money bank (excluding Microfinance Banks).

The draft should be made in favour of Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro.

The Bank Draft should then be tendered at the Bursary Department to obtain an official receipt and collect the application form from the Admissions Office.
