Following a successful consultative meeting between the College Management, the Students’ Union Government (SUG), and the Students’ Representative Council (SRC), an official decision has been reached to adjust the academic calendar.
In direct response to student requests for additional time to finalize registration and administrative formalities, the Rector has graciously approved a one-week postponement of the First Semester examinations.
I. REVISED EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
To ensure all students have adequate time to prepare and regularize their status, the following changes take effect immediately:
- Original Start Date: Monday, April 13, 2026
- New Rescheduled Start Date: Monday, April 20, 2026
- Lecture-Free Week: Monday, April 13 to Friday, April 17, 2026
During this lecture-free week, no formal classes will hold, allowing students to focus exclusively on their final study preparations and administrative clearances.
II. REGISTRATION AND TUITION MANDATE
The primary objective of this extension is to provide a final window for students to settle outstanding school fees and complete all required registration formalities. Management emphasizes that this grace period must be utilized effectively.
- Mandatory Clearance: Any student who fails to complete their registration and obtain a formal Clearance Certificate before the new commencement date of April 20 will strictly not be permitted to sit for the examinations.
- Portal Accessibility: The registration portal remains open. Students experiencing technical challenges are advised to visit the ICT Center during this window for immediate resolution.
III. ADMINISTRATIVE ADVISORY
"To be fore-warned is to be fore-armed." This extension is a final concession by the Management. Students are urged to prioritize their financial and academic registration to avoid the distress of being excluded from the examination halls.
